Grupa Azoty S.A. wins prestigious Golden Website Award
On June 4th 2014, the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG) announced the winners of the 8th edition of the Golden Website Award.

This year, Grupa Azoty S.A. received this distinction in the ‘Polish companies listed in WIG20 and mWIG40 indices’ category.

The contest aims to promote the use of corporate websites as a user-friendly and efficient communication tool between listed companies and their investors/shareholders. The Company’s website, assessed in terms of content, innovation and clarity of communication, was preferred over the websites from the Warsaw Stock Exchange and PKN Orlen S.A., also nominated in this category. What its users praised in particular was the site’s searchability and readily accessible spreadsheet data. Announcement of the winners was one of the high points of the official gala event closing the first day of the 6th SEG Investor Relations Congress. “The Golden Website Award is proof that our work is paying off and producing results. We are glad to see that transparency we exercise in stakeholder relations has been recognised. We are really proud of this award,” said Andrzej Skolmowski, Vice-President of the Grupa Azoty Management Board. “Our award for the best website of listed companies will motivate and commit us to further engage in transparent communication with the capital market, and maybe even to set new, positive trends among large WSE-listed companies.” Further proof of Grupa Azoty’s transparency is the Company’s recent nomination for the Polish President’s Business Award in the Global Presence category, and the fact that this nomination came from the Polish Association of Listed

Companies (SEG).

Winners of the Golden Website Award are chosen in a three-stage process. The final decision is made by a judging panel comprising well-known figures in the capital market community, and experts in the fields of computer graphics, marketing communications, journalism, economics and investor relations.
