2014 integrated report of Grupa Azoty
The Grupa Azoty Group has published its 2014 integrated report compliant with the latest Global Reporting Initiative G4 standards.

It is the Group’s second integrated report, and its preparation in accordance with the international GRI guidelines confirms that the report meets the highest global standards. The report was presented on June 18th 2015 at the General Meeting.

2014 was an important year for the Grupa Azoty Group, bringing many crucial developments. To name just a few, in 2014 the Group focused on building its value, approved new investment projects, implemented a new management model, developed the strategy operationalisation programme, took active part in meetings of international industry organisations, adopted the code of ethics and, by decision of the Ministry of the State Treasury, was included in the list of strategic enterprises. The integrated report depicts these events and many more.

This year’s report is the Group’s second such publication, providing a reliable and multidimensional insight into the performance of the four largest Group companies − Grupa Azoty S.A., Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY, Grupa Azoty POLICE, and Grupa Azoty KĘDZIERZYN. As the companies generate a substantial majority of the Grupa Azoty Group revenue, the report includes an in-depth analysis of their operations.

The report was drafted in keeping with the GRI G4 guidelines, which is evidence of its quality. For the sake of due diligence, the report was reviewed by independent auditors, who verified and confirmed its financial, social, environmental and economic data. The review was carried out by Deloitte Advisory Sp. z o.o. and KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. As in 2014, the report was drafted by a team of experts from the four largest Group companies under the supervision of the Grupa Azoty Public Relations Corporate Office. The integrated report is special as it presents all key developments at the Grupa Azoty Group in 2014 while accounting for all material ways in which the Group affects its environment.

Particular emphasis was placed on compliance with corporate responsibility and sustainable development principles. Each of the projects, companies and products has a potential impact on the environment, health and life prospects of people living in the region where Group companies operate, as well as on the safety of their employees and customers. This is why the Group decided to use the Global Reporting Initiative G4 standards to describe its business for the second time. This year, the Group produced another GRI-aligned report, certain that it would give its stakeholders a full picture of the Group.

Have a good time reading Grupa Azoty Group’s second integrated annual report.
